APAFSS has been putting efforts in investing in our team's professional development. Since last quarter, we've kicked started a series of management training sessions! In the recent training held last week, our dedicated management staff gained exposure to essential skills and knowledge needed to become effective leaders in their respective areas. Led by our Executive Director, Fanny Lam, and an experienced consultant, Cliff Yee, this training aimed to elevate our team's understanding of our organization's financial and administrative management and enhance their capabilities in both internal and external work. But it doesn't stop there! Our management training also focuses on building connections and fostering collaboration among team members.

We believe that strong teamwork is the foundation for success, and by strengthening these relationships, we can achieve even greater heights together!
