Our Board Chair, Rose Chung, was honored with the APA Heritage Award for her Community Inspiration

A passionate advocate for the Asian Pacific American community, Rose has dedicated her life to serving others. From being crowned Miss Chinatown USA to her role as a legislative aide, Rose has consistently demonstrated her commitment to community service and promoting cultural appreciation.

As the founder of the Asian America Foundation, Rose has inspired young Asian American women to lead, empowering them to reach their highest potential. Her visionary initiatives, including the Miss Asian Global Pageant and Imagine Talks, have nurtured the next generation of leaders through mentorship and coaching.

We are proud to share that Rose has been an integral part of APAFSS for 30+ years, serving as a dedicated Board Chair. Her invaluable contributions and unwavering commitment have greatly impacted our mission to support and empower families in need.
