We had the honor of recognizing the outstanding contributions of our APAFSS Volunteer Network members. Since the network's launch in summer 2022, our volunteers have collectively served over 700 man-hours, driven by their unwavering passion for our mission.

The Awards Ceremony for our "Tradition Meets Modernity" contest was held on May 19, and we are excited to celebrate the incredible artistic talents of our young participants. The ceremony was attended by over 130 guests, including awardees and their proud family members. It was wonderful to see so many happy faces celebrating this special event.

A passionate advocate for the Asian Pacific American community, Rose has dedicated her life to serving others. From being crowned Miss Chinatown USA to her role as a legislative aide, Rose has consistently demonstrated her commitment to community service and promoting cultural appreciation.

Thanks to the generous funding from the Department of Early Childhood, and with the collaboration of another two exceptional nonprofits, APAFSS was able to organize a truly remarkable day filled with fun activities, music, art, craft, and captivating cultural performances!
